KEY NATIONAL DATA REPORTING & MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS UNDER DEVELOPMENT

Building on our on-going work with the Environmental Protection Agency, Ireland, Compass are currently undertaking or have recently been awarded a series of projects focussed on the streamlined exchange of data and greatly enhanced data management and reporting systems.

Working with our partners, ESP Technologies, we are continuing the development of the Environmental Data Exchange Network (EDEN - an LGCSB/EPA project), and also a corporate freshwater monitoring data system, alongside associated support activities in the technology assessment and business analysis areas.  These projects also align well with the series of WebGIS & reporting projects delivered by Compass to the EPA over the past year.

In these projects we bring to bear our systems design and development skills, our scientific and geographical understanding, and a flexible and reliable approach to project delivery. Having this combination of geographic and more mainstream data management and ICT technologies knowledge is an approach that is really showing its true value in times where delivering efficiencies and streamlining processes is what it is all about.
